As the Manager, IT Service and Support you will oversees the IT Service and Support organization, including all service desk, application support, and field technicians in our large geographic footprint, and ensures that end users receive best-in-class technical assistance. A primary responsibility for the role will be the development of IT service management in the organization and monitoring/maintaining service levels. This individual will develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent service levels and quick resolutions. Why Join SCCU?
