This role is highly integrated, overseeing all inbound and outbound inventory movements and collaborating across multiple business units and service partners. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, focused on SAP Applications.
  • Expertise in SAP Warehousing, Inventory, and Transportation Management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and mentoring teams.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Advise IT leadership on portfolio planning and develop service plans to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and address delivery issues.
  • Oversee inventory processing from receipt to shipment.
  • Manage daily service delivery, resolve issues, and lead projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across IT functions.
  • Manage budgets, optimize services, and review invoices.
