About The Position

As the IT Manager for SAP Schedule to Deliver (S2D), you will lead the sustainment team responsible for managing inventory processes from receipt through shipment execution. This role is highly integrated, overseeing all inbound and outbound inventory movements and collaborating across multiple business units and service partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, focused on SAP Applications.
  • Expertise in SAP Warehousing, Inventory, and Transportation Management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and mentoring teams.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Advise IT leadership on portfolio planning and develop service plans to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and address delivery issues.
  • Oversee inventory processing from receipt to shipment.
  • Manage daily service delivery, resolve issues, and lead projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across IT functions.
  • Manage budgets, optimize services, and review invoices.
