About The Position

Michael's House Treatment Center is looking for an HR Manager to play a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success! The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing overall human resources strategy and support for aligning business objectives with employees and facility management in designated business units. This position reports to the CEO and serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues and employee relations. The successful Manager acts as an employee champion and change agent and acts as the primary guardian of local HR policy and steps related to progressive discipline. The role assesses and anticipates HR related needs, and acts as a business partner to the CEO and the leadership team in developing the organization’s strategic plan, and ensuring adequate staffing as well as HR compliance with existing policy and/or statutes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources required
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience required
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience and/or experience with co-occurring disorders a plus
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
