Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Requirements

  • 5 years chaplain experience.
  • 4-year degree.
  • Board certification.
  • Ecclesiastical ordination and endorsement.

Responsibilities

  • The Chaplaincy Manager serves as both CPE Coordinator is a Certified Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor and manager over the departments.
  • They are responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating education programs of Clinical Pastoral Education and coordinating Pastoral Care throughout the hospital.
  • In addition to administrative duties, community relations, budget management, teaching responsibilities and direct ministry are a part of the Manager, Chaplain’s scope.
  • The Manager serves as a resource person in continuing education with HMC.
  • Teaching and ministry are done in an age-appropriate way with a sensitivity to gender, culture and faith orientation.
