Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT with 8 years of Information application experience. OR a related Bachelor's degree with 10 years of IT experience or an Associate's degree in IT with 12 years of IT experience, OR a related Associate's degree with 14 years of IT experience is required.
  • 7 - 10 years of job-related experience in IT/Digital Health
  • Demonstrated proficiency in management and IT project management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and conflict navigation skills
  • Budgetary and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to lead strategic projects of significant complexity
  • Interpersonal and participatory management skills
  • Compliance with organization’s policies and regulatory standards

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred previous management experience and/or industry certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams across various application environments supporting clinical, operational, and back-office functions
  • Account for resource management and balancing across initiatives
  • Handle staff recruitment, development, and supervision (approx. 11 – 12 employees)
  • Manage project planning and application development
  • Oversee operating and capital budget administration
  • Direct interfaces with customer area leaderships for application services
  • Implement departmental succession planning
  • Ensure documentation and policy management adherence
  • Translate Premier Health strategy to staff and maintain project management skills
  • Lead projects through the entire project life cycle
  • Work among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business process changes
  • Collaborate with DH&T (Digital Health & Technology) for project design, scope, and prioritization
  • Manage changing requirements and project ambiguities adjusting goals and timelines accordingly
