Responsibilities

Evaluate members' status and issue complimentary amenities based on established company guidelines
Greet each guest with a smile and hear their stories as you offer recommendations, complete transactions, and issue loyalty program cards
Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest resolution
