About The Position

This position involves performing all aspects of icing and decorating cakes, packaging finished products, and executing changeover activities to ensure and maintain world-class quality. The role requires performing all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to uphold and enhance the plant's performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and the Customer 1st strategy. The individual is expected to role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

Performs all aspects of icing and decorating cake
Packaging of finished product
Performs changeover activities to achieve and maintain world class quality
Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy
