About The Position

Key Responsibilities Conduct time studies on manufacturing processes to establish labor standards, validate cycle times, and identify improvement opportunities Collect, extract, and organize data from systems such as ERP and MES (e.g., CSI, ProManage) to support engineering and operational analysis Perform data mining and trend analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variation within production processes Develop, maintain, and standardize reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility to key performance metrics (efficiency, throughput, downtime) Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and throughput improvement Assist in the development and documentation of standard work, process flows, and best practices Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to validate findings and support implementation of corrective actions Support ongoing MES data validation and accuracy efforts, ensuring integrity of production reporting Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Manufacturing Engineering and Operations leadership Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); exposure to Power BI or similar tools preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large datasets What We Offer Hands-on training and mentorship. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large datasets
