About The Position

Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual capabilities are required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

- Previous metals experience is preferred.
- Phone etiquette and attendance reliability.
- Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities
- Manage an established customer base.
- Price and process customer orders efficiently.
- Solve customer delivery and material challenges.
- Interact with operations on behalf of the customer.
