Client Services Job Summary: The Client Services role supports our clients and partners by providing top-tier service and maintaining high ethical standards. This role is central to upholding the reputation of Texas Precious Metals and Texas Precious Metals Depository through exceptional communication, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2-5 years customer service experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed under pressure and high call volume

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with accounting software and office applications

Responsibilities
