POSITION: METAL FINISHER COMPANY PROFILE: HOLLY HUNT is known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products. POSITION PROFILE: Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such: Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing.
• Toning and Top coating using spray cans.
• Reading and understanding mixing specifications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency

Responsibilities

• Finishing of components: Product completion per Production Schedule.
• Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample.
• Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.
• Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.
• Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.
• Observe all company policies and standard practices.
• Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.
