Requirements

100% Standing, walking, and lifting
Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
Must stand 8+ hours a day
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One to two years related experience and/or training in metal finishing.

Responsibilities

Metal working techniques such as grinding, filing, etc.
Beater and Dolly for prototype panel and engineering changes on existing and new products.
Methods of spoons and their usage.
Specialized tools such as panel beater, grid dolly, etc.
Follow all plant safety rules and regulations
Assure that all parts that leave the Metal Finish area meet customer specification and quality standards.
Follow work instructions to insure TS16949 and ISO 14000-01 standards are being met.
Must be able to work with little supervision and be a self-starter.
Must have good housekeeping practices.
Perform other duties as required.
