About The Position

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Metal Finisher to join our team in Oxford, AL. Hourly Rate – Training $16.59, Level 1 $17.11 Please note, due to the Holiday period, you will not hear from us until we return, week commencing 5th January 2026! Why join us? Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience within a similar position
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Cleaning metal parts using sandblast equipment in line with departmental instructions, routers and customer specifications
• Loading parts into the machine
• Removing debris
• Maintaining equipment
• Inspecting parts for quality before the next operation
• Record job progress in our tracking system
• Safely transfer parts using racks or carts
