Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is currently accepting applications for a Metal Fabrication Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualified candidates must be licensed as a Massachusetts Chapter 74 Metal Fabrication Instructor or possess the qualifications to become licensed. In this role the qualified candidate would develop and deliver metal fabrication lessons to high school students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. The ideal candidate would have a strong background with a variety of welding processes, be knowledgeable of all phases of sheet metal fabrication, and be experienced with the set-up and operation of common metal fabrication industry equipment. Previous teaching experience preferred with a focus on training and mentoring students to learn the skills and competencies necessary to be successful in the metal fabrication industry. Massachusetts SEI Endorsement preferred.
