As the Messaging Automation Manager, you will help customers move confidently through their homebuying and homeownership journey by shaping Veterans United’s automated SMS, RCS, and Push Notification strategies. Your work will make it easy for customers to ask questions, stay informed, and get help when they need it. You’ll own the technical operations of our messaging platforms and ensure all automations meet quality and compliance standards. You’ll also partner closely with internal teams to develop thoughtful, data-informed messaging strategies and introduce new approaches to provide an exceptional customer experience. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Manage daily operations of marketing programs in the Twilio and Airship platforms to ensure optimal performance and stability. Create and maintain processes and safeguards to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations. Configure and optimize text and push marketing campaigns using Marketo, Twilio and Airship. Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on mobile messaging strategies, best practices, and implementation. Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain reporting insight into campaigns, projects, and strategies. Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
