About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Junior Messaging, Active Directory and MS365 Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Engineering Team within the IT department. This role is crucial in managing the organization's Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and email systems within the M365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance system performance and security. This position requires expertise in Azure Enterprise environments, email administration, and Active Directory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD infrastructure to ensure seamless access and security.
• Administer Exchange Online and email systems within the M365 ecosystem.
• Administer MS365 systems, like SharePoint Online, MS Teams, etc.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets and service requests related to email and directory services.
• Implement and support identity management solutions to enhance security and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving email and directory services across the organization.
• Ensure the stability, security, and optimization of email and AD services by following best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to address cross-functional needs and system integrations.
