Requirements
- H.S, Diploma/GED
- 2 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- 2 years related manufacturing experience.
- SCF, Rubber Parts or Case Pack process knowledge preferred.
- MES & SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the MES transactional process for SCF or Rubber Parts.
- Monitor MES / SAP inventory for discrepancies.
- Support resolution of MES / SAP discrepancies.
- Use approved methods of obtaining materials, ensuring that correct materials are supplied.
- Move finished goods to the warehouse.
- Oversee nonconforming material issues to ensure appropriate removal from manufacturing area and execution of appropriate transactions.
- Support knowledge of production reporting guidelines with MES users.
- Participate in periodic inventory verifications.
- Cross training on one or more operations within SCF (Windows, SCF, Casepack) or Rubber Parts (Stoppers, Casepack, Baders, Sortimats) to support MES transactions and production needs.
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
- Raw and finished material transactions with proper documentation of required data to guide logistics, quality, production and finance systems.
- Compliance to production reporting guidelines with MES users.
- Proper documentation and packaging of finished goods.
