The coordinator role models exceptional customer service, fosters a positive internal and external customer experience, and promotes a culture of honesty and integrity while maintaining confidentiality. They orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize merchandise processing to the sales floor, and train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles. The coordinator also monitors team productivity, coaches as needed, organizes back stock, and ensures compliance with store standards, labor laws, and company policies. They support shrink reduction goals, promote safety, and communicate effectively with management and Associates.
