The Domestic Parks Retail Planning organization has responsibility for developing a strategic financial plan to drive growth and profitability and deliver on the Guest experience. The team is the foundation of the Domestic Parks Retail Channel and works in partnership with Merchandising, Sourcing and Pricing to deliver a range of items that are relevant to Domestic Parks and Disney Cruise line stories and experiences. As Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing quarterly/annual financial strategy and assortments for your category based on detailed knowledge of business insights and analytics, trends within the marketplace and guest mix at Theme Parks, Resorts and Cruise line. You will be responsible to react to in-season performance/trends/learnings, to adjust future season’s assortment and inventory position. The Merchandise Planning Manager demonstrates an understanding of all key retail performance indicators. This is a full-time role You will report to the Sr. Manager, Merchandise Planning
