About The Position

Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Trenton, NJ or anywhere in NJ Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are partnering with a New Jersey behavioral health organization to hire a full-time Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. Based in Trenton or anywhere in NJ, you’ll provide ongoing virtual therapy, follow structured treatment pathways, and coordinate closely with a supervising clinician to support safe, consistent care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent)
• Clinical experience in outpatient/behavioral health settings
• Comfortable working from home in a structured 9–5 model

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions using secure video platforms
• Perform intake evaluations and create measurable treatment objectives
• Collaborate with a therapist supervisor around risk, diagnosis and treatment changes
• Maintain prompt, clear clinical documentation
• Join virtual team meetings, supervision and trainings
• Operate in line with New Jersey licensing and documentation rules
