About The Position
You’ll work with a mixed outpatient caseload via secure video, delivering structured therapy and keeping care plans up to date. Scheduling and referrals are organized for you.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee license as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments remotely
- Offer regular therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Document each contact and intervention in the EMR
- Take part in online team or clinical meetings
