About The Position

NorthKey Community Care is seeking Mental Health Therapists and Counselors for our Boone County location, located at 7459 Burlington Pike, Florence, KY 41042. This will be an outpatient therapist position, in person, Monday through Friday. Flexible hours between 8:30 am and 7 pm. Choose your own schedule. PERKS & PAY Non-Independently Licensed Salary - $60,000 plus incentives. Independently Licensed Salary - $75,000 plus incentives Potential eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (additional funding is available for those working in a rural county). Eligibility for a Kentucky independent or non-independent license is required. Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses: LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, LPATA, LCADC, LCADCA, PhD, or PsyD. Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required. December 2025 graduates encouraged to apply. JOB DUTIES Provide individual, family, and group behavioral health therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient office setting. Provide behavioral health crisis assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based upon clients' areas of need, diagnoses, and symptoms. Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, and other related professionals in the community. Complete timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required. Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth. Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills. Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in a clinical field of study related to behavioral health.
  • Eligibility for a Kentucky independent or non-independent license is required.
  • Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses: LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, LPATA, LCADC, LCADCA, PhD, or PsyD.
