At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team providing person-centered support services since 1976. We assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs to live as independently as possible. This role involves working directly with individuals, making a real difference one person at a time. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence. You will also support mental health and behavioral management, helping individuals overcome challenges with compassionate, person-centered care. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is key, as is mentoring and guiding individuals to achieve their personal goals through supervision and positive reinforcement.
