About The Position
Join our Mental Health Team. Full-Time Mental Health Practitioner Provide professional, person-centered rehabilitative services to people with serious mental illness, helping enable the person to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.
