About The Position

This is a part-time, credit-based position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Riverland Community College, a member of the Minnesota State system, seeks a part-time Men’s Baseball Assistant Coach. This position supports the Head Coach in developing and administering all aspects of the men’s baseball program, including practice, competition, recruitment, and student-athlete support. Salary Range: Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

High School Diploma
One (1) year of coaching experience OR three (3) years of playing experience
Valid (active) Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or higher
Knowledge of and adherence to NJCAA rules and regulations
Knowledge of current styles and techniques and ability to demonstrate these techniques to others
Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and underserved populations
Bilingual/multilingual fluent in Spanish, Karen, Karenni, Somali, Pohnpeian, French, Nuer, Anuak, or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities
