About The Position

Spring Mill Pointe, a premier HumanGood Life Plan Community located in Lafayette Hill, PA, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Support Manager to lead our specialized memory support program. In this important leadership role, you will help create a supportive, engaging, and dignified environment for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The Memory Support Manager oversees programming and team collaboration to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents—and the support needs of their families—are thoughtfully met. Salary Range: $65,000 – $72,000 annually

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience working with individuals living with dementia
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience; 2+ years of Assisted Living/Personal Care experience is preferred
  • First Aid and CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and supervision for team members within the Memory Support Program, supporting the Personal Care neighborhood.
  • Collaborating closely with Life Enrichment and Clinical leadership, including the Personal Care Administrator and Director of Resident Services to ensure exceptional resident care and programming
  • Welcoming and orienting new residents and family members to the memory support program
  • Facilitating and promoting educational opportunities and support groups for residents and their families
  • Communicating regularly with family members in a respectful, compassionate, and informative manner regarding residents’ daily experiences
  • Partnering with the Director of Resident Services and Personal Care Administrator when residents experience significant care changes or require adjustments to their care plans
