This role is designed for a passionate leader who thrives on creating meaningful moments for residents living with dementia, mentoring care teams, and supporting families through every stage of the journey. As the Memory Care Director , you will lead the daily operations of the Flourish Memory Care Neighborhood , ensuring excellence in care, engagement, and compliance. You will serve as both a program visionary and hands-on leader — inspiring your team, supporting families, and fostering a community where every resident is valued and celebrated. This role partners closely with the Health and Wellness Director , Executive Director , and other department heads to ensure a holistic and person-centered care experience.
