The American College of Physicians (ACP) is looking for a Membership Support Coordinator to join the Member and Product Support department. ACP, a national organization of internal medicine physicians with headquarters in Philadelphia, is the largest medical specialty organization and the second-largest physician group in the United States with more than 162,000 members worldwide. This is a full-time hybrid position with 2 days in-office per week required. The Membership Support Coordinator will be responsible for answering all member and customer inquiries, coordinating the workflow of Resident/Fellow Member applications and verification, handling group dues payments, and managing administrative tasks related to membership records. The role involves close collaboration with Membership Engagement, Membership Programs, and residency program staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination of processes.
