Under the general guidance of the Director of Membership, the Membership Coordinator supports the daily operations and administrative functions of the Members’ Club. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for both prospective and current members, while upholding the brand’s standards of refinement, exclusivity, and cultural relevance. The Membership Coordinator assists with member communications, application processing, event support, and database management. As a key point of contact, this individual helps foster meaningful relationships with members and contributes to recruitment and retention efforts. The role also collaborates with internal departments to ensure all membership activities align with the hotel’s overall vision and service standards.
