About The Position

Join our team as a Membership Services Coordinator reporting to the Associate Director, Governance and Special Projects. This is a highly connected, service-forward role that supports a key organizational hub with regular interaction across senior staff, Board members, volunteers, exhibitors, and members—ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of important work, bringing order to complexity, and helping others succeed. In this position, you’ll make a meaningful impact by keeping governance and leadership activities running smoothly—coordinating logistics for Board and committee meetings, managing schedules and timelines for executive leadership, preparing polished materials, and supporting nominations and special initiatives. You’ll also play an important customer-service role for exhibitors, serving as a first point of contact, tracking payments and documentation, and partnering with internal teams to resolve questions quickly and professionally, while contributing to membership data accuracy, awards logistics, and day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive coordinator
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive, collaborative approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in membership organizations
  • Familiarity with association management systems (especially Salesforce)
