About The Position
Now Hiring: Membership Sales Representative 📍 Lafayette, Indiana (2 New Locations!) We have expanded and opened two new locations in Lafayette, and we’re looking for driven, outgoing Membership Sales Representatives to grow with us. Pay & Benefits: $15–$18 per hour + commission Potential to earn $80,000+ annually Health, dental, and vision insurance offered after 30 days Paid training and ongoing support Growth and advancement opportunities Yearly retention bonus based on performance and hours worked
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers
- Educate customers on membership benefits and services
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales records and professionalism at all times
