As our Membership Sales and Client Experience Manager you will be a driving force in the operation of our barbershop and our cocktail lounge. You will be responsible for leading the lounge team to hit membership sales goals while executing the best damn client experience with every guest. (think concierge,driven by sales goals, served up with a drink) If you think this could be you, these are the expectations: Serve as a leasder for our membership sales and client experience team on goals as well as processes and policies to ensure they are met. Create and maintain the best damn client experience with every client –remember this role is vital to the overall success of our team Strategic scheduling—you’ll work with your GM to ensure proper stylist to lounge ratio Create hand-crafted cocktails for clients before or after their service—this is an experience, when we say hand-crafted that means all fresh ingredients too Inventory and ordering for liquor and bar supplies—see previous point Strong knowledge (or a willingness to learn) in scotch, bourbon, whiskey…Scissors & Scotch (as in booze) Planning and coordinating with your GM to host live music and liquor tasting events for our cocktail lounge. Requirements

  • Vibe match
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Sales background
  • Experience in delegation, holding others accountable, and communicating across a dispersed group of employees
  • A track record of maximizing results through leadership and management of others
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring, training and overseeing a large staff
  • The ability to work full-time, variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Strong desire for continued growth and personal development
