About The Position

Hiring FT/PT Membership Sales Associate to work 1- 3 shifts per location | 3 - 5 shifts per week. South Tampa: 1155 S Dale Mabry Hwy Suite 16/17, Tampa, FL 33629 Riverview: 11212 Sullivan St, Riverview, FL 33578 Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. We Offer: Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right candidate. Responsibilities

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
