Primary Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Manage and coach the teller team to excel in service, accuracy, and sales performance. Deliver Outstanding Service: Oversee teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.) ensuring positive, seamless member experiences. Ensure Operational Accuracy: Maintain compliance, cash handling integrity, and timely processing of transactions. Drive Sales & Referrals: Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs. Track teller sales/referrals to support team goals. Train for Success: Mentor staff on fraud prevention, transaction accuracy, and member engagement. Brand Ambassador: Represent Floridacentral Credit Union in the branch and the community, fostering trust and financial empowerment. What You Bring Proven team leadership with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Experience in teller operations, including cash handling and financial transactions.
