Equinox is seeking Membership Sales Advisors for its state-of-the-art locations in San Francisco, CA (Market Street, Pine Street, and Union Street). These advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals. This is accomplished through strategic monthly pre-planning, outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. Advisors work under the management of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Manager and a sales team. They are expected to be knowledgeable about and participate in all club services, programs, and products, stay informed about competitors, and build strong rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to cultivate a referral base and ensure member retention.
