These advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. They must be knowledgeable about all club services, programs, and products, stay current on competitor trends, and build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster referrals and retention.
