As a full-time Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox, you will serve as a brand ambassador, passionate about health and fitness, and adept at inspiring others to reach their potential. You will be the expert on all club amenities, features, and programs. Your primary responsibility is to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they maximize their Equinox experience. This role involves achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic monthly pre-planning, outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. You will work under the guidance of a General Manager and with support from a Regional Sales Manager and your sales team. A key aspect of the role is displaying knowledge of and participating in all club services, programs, and products, while fostering strong relationships to build a referral base and retain members.
