As a full-time Membership Sales Advisor, you will serve as an Equinox brand ambassador, demonstrating a passion for health and fitness and inspiring others to reach their potential. You will become an expert on all the club’s amenities, features, and programs. Your primary responsibility is to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they maximize their Equinox experience. This role involves achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic monthly pre-planning, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. You will operate under the guidance of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and your sales team. It is essential to have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products, and to effectively build rapport to foster a strong referral base and member retention.
