About The Position

We are recruiting on behalf of our Sacramento-based client for a Membership Analyst . This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of membership dues records through payment analysis, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with internal teams and members. The position also supports a range of administrative tasks and membership-related projects. Requirements

• Educational background in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• +2 years demonstrated expertise in payment analysis, reconciliation, and membership database management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct membership dues analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with members and internal teams to clarify and correct dues issues
• Process financial adjustments and refunds, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination
• Support database maintenance and collaborate on process improvements to prevent future errors
• Generate reconciliation reports and provide regular updates to leadership on dues status
