They’re the first people our members meet, the ones who spark motivation, build confidence and help people take the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves. In this role, you’ll drive membership growth through proactive outreach, connecting with people in the community, and inspiring them to start their fitness journey. You’ll turn interest into action — introducing people to the club, helping them discover what they’re capable of and showing them how Fitness First can support their goals. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences that keep them motivated and engaged.
