  • Previous Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Problem solving and member account maintenance
  • Using multiple systems to process member’s requests
  • Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Collaborating with peers and supervisors on a daily basis
  • Providing excellent member service over the telephone
