Woodlake Community Association is offering a part-time opportunity for a Member Service Specialist. This role is for a friendly, outgoing individual who can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting members and guests, providing information on services, giving tours, selling memberships, answering phones, and performing other general administrative duties. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to promote the club's benefits. While the primary work hours are mornings, the specialist must be available to work nights and weekends as needed. Woodlake Community Association provides various amenities such as multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center with modern equipment. The community itself is extensive, featuring over 2,700 homes and offering residents access to bike trails, boat ramps, fishing docks, playgrounds, and parks.
