Member Service Specialist
About The Position
Woodlake Community Association is offering an exciting opportunity for a part-time Member Service Specialist. The ideal candidate is a focused, friendly, outgoing individual who can greet and assist members, multi-task effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves welcoming members and guests, providing information on services, giving tours, selling memberships, answering phones, and performing other general administrative duties. Woodlake is an award-winning community with over 2,700 homes, providing residents access to amenities such as three outdoor and one indoor pool, 16 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center with a cycling studio, state-of-the-art cardio and weight machines, free weights, 11 miles of paved bike trails, two boat ramps, fishing and picnic docks, playgrounds, and parks.
