Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Responding to member inquiries by phone, in-person, or online
  • Processing applications for electric service and verifying account details
  • Managing billing adjustments, payments, and bank drafts
  • Educating members on REMC's services and programs, including energy usage tools
  • Utilizing a variety of software systems to maintain accurate records
  • Supporting operational teams with service orders and data updates
  • Promoting REMC's community-focused values with every interaction
