Assisting members with 90% of all incoming calls with questions asked/services requested or by connecting them with the proper person. Process credit card payments and payments by mail, requiring special handling, and assist cashiers as needed. Accomplish all tasks related to new services, meter sets, disconnects, and changeovers, including the application process, quoting deposits, and updating the system. Understand and explain all billing information, such as power cost adjustment, demand charges, and all rates, including large power. Post payment assistance information in IVUE and remove or adjust any pay arrangement on the account. Verify payment and scan agency documentation. Interact with Staking Engineers regarding new service requests. Answer e-mail requests to Member Service at Baldwin EMC. Participate in the Disaster Response Plan to include varied work hours and/or work assignments as described in the Plan.
