What You'll Do Your day starts with connecting to our members-answering questions and providing support across phone, chat, email, and secure messages. Every interaction is a chance to make someone's day easier and help them feel confident in their financial decisions. You'll listen to each member's needs and offer solutions-whether it's explaining services, recommending products, or guiding them through their accounts. Accuracy is key, too, as you handle tasks like debit card requests, mobile deposit verification, and reporting. Teamwork matters here. You'll collaborate with your peers to meet service goals and referrals, celebrating wins together along the way. And because growth is part of our culture, your day will also include opportunities to learn and develop new skills through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Customer service or sales background is a plus, but not required
