Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in member service or contact center environment
  • Familiarity with chat, phone, and email communication platforms
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, phone, and headset for extended periods
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively through digital platforms
  • Ability to focus and respond accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an office setting

Nice To Haves

  • Credit union experience (teller, member service, or lending) preferred
