We’re excited to announce a new opportunity at Queen of Pawns! We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our growing team at our West Palm Beach office. Position Details: Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour Location: West Palm Beach (on-site) Schedule: Monday through Friday Bilingual (English/Spanish): REQUIRED This is a great opportunity to be part of a new and growing department, with room to learn, contribute, and grow as we build strong foundations together.

Responsibilities
- Calling customers with payment reminders
- Taking and processing payments
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Responding to eBay customer inquiries
- Supporting other duties as the department continues to grow
