About The Position

We are looking for highly self-motivated, professional, and excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with the primary goal of providing our members excellent customer service daily. Must have work experience that includes handling cash transactions, balancing cash draws, public contact, and operating computer terminals and other office machines. Previous call center experience preferred. Requirements To foster and maintain positive relations with our members and the public through accurate, friendly, and courteous service. Back up cashiers and clerical functions to maximize customer relations and assure timely, professional service. To effectively market and sell customer services and programs, consult with members regarding energy conservation, company policies and procedures, billing, or common problems as they arise. If needed, this position may require the MSR to work at the Corporate Center and Starkville locations and rotate from the call center to cashiering on the front counter .
